Kiwi fruit wine
This wine is made from ripe kiwi fruit grown in Nonoichi. It delights with its fruity taste and bouquet.
Nonoichi rice crackers "Ai to Wa"
These rice crackers taste faintly of egg and have a picture associated with Nonoich-machi drawn on them.
Daikon radish sushi
This is made by sandwiching Pacific herring between slices of daikon radish and pickling it in koji. The crisp texture of the daikon radish makes this very special.
Turnip sushi
Salted amberjack is sandwiched between slices of slightly-sweet green turnip and pickled in koji. Turnip sushi is often eaten at New Year or on other festive occasions.
